Eleanor Endzel

Eleanor “Nora” Endzel is an alumni member of the inaugural class of the JEP. Eleanor received her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in 2012. During law school Eleanor worked as an extern for Judge Michael B. Hyman (now a Justice of the First Appellate District) and the Honorable Judge Kathleen Kennedy in the Cook County Circuit Court’s Domestic Relations Division, where she saw time and again how people without attorneys stumbled through the litigation process. Dedicated to serving people who lack access to affordable legal services, Eleanor formed Endzel Law, LLC in 2013 and focuses exclusively on family law with an emphasis on cooperative divorce.  Endzel Law, LLC offers limited scope and flat fee family law services largely on a subscription basis.  Eleanor also volunteers her time as a pro bono attorney at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and as a Child’s Representative and Guardian Ad Litem.  Eleanor has been rated as a “Rising Star” by Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine each year for 2017 through 2022.
